Google telah mengeluarkan pembaruan keamanan darurat untuk semua pengguna Chrome karena mengonfirmasi bahwa penyerang telah mengeksploitasi kerentanan zero-day dengan tingkat keparahan tinggi.
Pembaruan darurat ke Chrome versi 99.0.4844.84 sangat tidak biasa karena hanya menangani satu kerentanan keamanan. Fakta yang hanya menekankan betapa seriusnya hal ini.
Dalam pengumuman pembaruan saluran stabil Chrome , yang diterbitkan 25 Maret, Google mengonfirmasi bahwa “sadar bahwa eksploitasi untuk CVE-2022-1096 ada di alam liar.”
